It is difficult when it comes to attracting clients in real estate, is never easy because the fake agents are everywhere looking for a potential victim.

An investor takes his/her time to make sure they spend their money wisely , this take them time to finalize and take their stand on whether to buy or not, so this makes it difficult for real estate agents to get clients.
As an agent who's aiming higher in real estate you must be of good conduct and trustworthy, you can start by lowering your percentage when business comes around.
