Do you know there is a simple strategy to get a 30 percent or even 50-60 percent pay hike with some simple tactics?

Well, this has worked for me and it will also work for you as well.

The strategy is: Get an MBA Degree

When you have a job you are paid for what you know or what you can do. If you want to get paid more, you should be knowing more or have the capabilities to do more.

What is the most essential thing that a company sees in its employees? Well, that is their ability to build revenue for the company.

What does having an MBA means? That you have better knowledge, that you can do better, and that your knowledge and skills will help the company more.

Wouldn’t the company pay more?

If the company does not pay you more, how about negotiating with the rival company for better pay? A better degree always means better pay.

Better knowledge and better skills will pay you more. You get better knowledge and better skills only through education and learning. In the job market, people with higher degrees are always in demand. Bill Gates is reported to have said that he is not a graduate but Harvard Graduates work for him. If you want to move up the corporate ladder, the only option you have is to get better education. However, education is becoming very costly these days. In the United States, average cost for MBA degree is $60K per year, that's a lot of money and no everyone can afford that. There are also universities offering online MBA program, that can be easier for people to manage time (because they can continue to work and do an MBA at the same time, but popular choices for online MBA degree in the United States are as expensive as the regular courses.
