Finding tourists online can be a challenge. You're trying to reach people who may never have been to your area before, and who may not be familiar with the best way to book accommodations. Luckily, there's a couple of ways you can do it.

If you have a website, you need to make sure that it is optimized for search engines (SEO). Before you do any work on SEO, though, make sure you know your keywords that is, what phrases people are likely to type into Google when they're looking for your business. Once you know that, update your content so that those keywords appear several times in each page, especially in the title tag and at the beginning of your content. You also want to make sure that your site loads quickly and that it's easy for customers to navigate. Once you've optimized your site for searchability, there are other ways you can drum up customers online:

-Make sure you're listed on travel sites like TripAdvisor or Yelp so that customers can find you there
-Run ads on Facebook and Instagram
-Send out an email newsletter with information about new events in your area.
Find online communities. We're talking about Facebook groups, Reddit groups, or online forums that connect people with similar interests. Find a few of these where your potential customers might be hanging out and actively engage with those communities.
