By far one of the ways to properly encourage teamwork in the business organisation is actually to make it known to your employees that business activities , decisions , choices , ideas and practices will be done unanimously and as a team . as the business owner you must make it known to your employees , and or workers that there is no room for in-transparency and nothing absolutely should be hidden .
