Indeed agriculture plays a very important role and responsibility in the growth and development of a particular environment or economy. For example in a country like Nigeria it is assumed and also finalized that out of hundred percent of resources, 63% is basically taken over and affected by agriculture and I'm totally influence the growth and development of the Nigerian economy. The government of a particular country definitely have responsibilities and roles to play in the growth and development of agriculture in various sector. When governments do not care about the growth and development of agriculture in a particular economy we call that government inconsistency in the welfare of agriculture. However, for government to be consistent in the growth and development of agriculture they need to provide inadequacy farm tools and farm equipment for various farmers in order to assist and accelerate the growth in which farm products and farm produce are being produced and planted or harvested.
Social amenities and social infrastructure such as good roads and good marketing system, can equally help farmers to easily transport farm produce, and farm raw materials including farm implements from one area to the other. Lastly the government can provide financial assistance in the form of agricultural loans and grants for various farmers to easily finance their agricultural activities up to the extent in which day and profit and reasonable benefits.
