There are so many personnels in a business organization and each of them playing various roles and responsibilities which of course add up to the growth and development of the business organization. In order for a business organization to have the vision of forwardness, there must be an effective regulation of headship. What this means is that personnels or employees in the business organization must have who they report to every issue problems of findings that they come across in the business organization. That of course could be the business manager.

The business manager of course reports to the CEO or the business director. In a case where direction is to be passed through to employees, it must come from there co or business director down to the business manager and finally to the employees.
