How to deal with unrealistic property sellers

When you are trying to buy a property you would sure come across sellers with great unrealistic expectations from their properties.

They might have given very ridiculous price as quoting price or give a funny time frame that might not worth for the property they intend to ser. Now, if it doesn’t go well with your calculation, it is good to keep the record straight. keep it clear from the first day.

The thing is that some sellers compare their houses to those in the neighborhood. They believe they can sell them as quickly as other are doing

The onus is on you the buyer to make the sellers understand the real scenario.

Now to deal with this situation is to
understand the seller’s needs from the property to be sold and think from their perspective to gain insight.

Another way to deal with this is to communicate enough you believe the property is overpriced or underpriced,

What do you think?

Some of those who sell properties can be so annoying and inconsiderate, this applies to all properties, not just houses. Lands and cars are all part of it. It is good to be plain and straight forward in all you do,be sincere with business because one day you may met or see what is never pleasant to you.

If you want to buy a property a d from your calculations you believe the property is way too cost compared to others sellers, try to negotiate with the seller, and be straight forward, this is what you have and can afford, this is why it's also good to actually have an idea how much such thing cost from one or two people first.

I remembered sometimes ago when one of my uncle wanted to purchase a car,if not that he already knows how much the car cost, that was how he would have been forced to cough out extra 100k.
