When you're working in a business, you're often required to work with others from diverse backgrounds. This can be difficult for some people, but it's important to remember that diversity is a strength. To deal with diversity in your
business, here are some tips:

1. Listen to others' perspectives
Diversity in your business means that there are people who've come from different backgrounds and experiences. You should acknowledge this and listen to what they have to say. Learn about their experiences and see how they can help you or your company.

2. Be open-minded
Diversity doesn't always mean that everyone has the same opinion or perspective, it just means that they have different ones! If someone has a different perspective than you do, try not to get angry or resentful; instead, use it as an opportunity to learn more about the world around you and how other people think about it.

3. Be Intentional
Be intentional about inclusion, if you're having an event or conference where speakers need to be invited (or even just guests), make sure that there's at least one person on each panel who represents an underrepresented group.

Diversity works both ways, it could be a strength and at the same time it could also be a weakness if not used wisely. A business organization or setup is a place where you would come across various set of persons with different backgrounds and up bringing, which means you would also come across different ideologies. This could be a weakness, as everyone would want to show themselves and what they are capable of, if care is not taken, it could lead to chaos.

Diversity in the organizational structure include gender balancing, ethnic or regional balancing, demography or age balancing, religion balancing etc. All these area should be consider very well when talking of diversity in an organization. Structural diversity help to give the minority privilege to be fully represented, it also prevent the organization to be fully dominated by one particular sex and the opposite sex should also have sense of belonging in the organization. All religion across board must be fully represented to give everyone a sense of belonging. Diversity in organization workplace help the organization to have pull of talent working for the organization, this will help them to share and compare ideas together before making strategy decision for the organization.
