How To Completely Avoid Processed Foods?

Living a really great and healthy life is one of my goals. However, the greatest problem is that my own temptations and cravings for unhealthy foods are the main reason why I am not at all able to maintain a good diet and avoid unhealthy foods. One of the worst things that makes us unhealthy are the processed foods that are extremely unhealthy for us. Processed foods are also called packaged foods. These kinds of packaged foods are available all around us in the markets. Some of them include canned foods, sugary foods, sodas, biscuits, chocolates. All of these items are unhealthy for us because they contain toxic chemicals. Remember the early times when people used to consume natural foods and they used to remain healthy. How to stop eating and craving processed foods?
 
In this modern time I have to admit that it is not easy to avoid processed food. We often have hot dogs in our refrigerator and some canned meat and fish in our food cabinet. Although we eat them not very often but still we eat them. Living in the city and suburbs is not easy to turn natural because the food products here are usually the processed food.
