@Jasz I could not agree more with you, selling a product online or physically is easy but if you did not understand the principle of it you will be fustrated, and this might leads to little or no sales.

You need to follow up with your prospective customer at least thrice in a month with or without price. Albeit I prefer following up with a reduced price.

KEYWORD RICH DOMAIN NAME OR GEO DOMAIN
Here, you should get a domain name that are rich in Keyword or geo specific. by doing these anyone that search for your product or business online can easily locate you on the first page of search engine (Google, Bing,Duckduckgo) etcetera provided your website is already optimized.
