Responsibilities of a good employer to employees

It is only the employees that owe the employers good service but the employers do too. An employer and employee should be that of symbiosis whereby each try to fulfill the part of the bargain or contract entered into. As a good employer the responsibilities to employees are:

  • To organize ways your employees can work safely
  • Provide necessary working tools and equipment for the jobs
  • Offer information where necessary, then also give training and instruction on how the jobs should be done
  • Give the right information to employees to be aware of the work hazards
  • The employer should offer protective clothing to employees to limit work hazards
  • Importantly, provide payment on time and give necessary incentives
  • Get health insurance for the employees to aid them to function all the time

A good employer is the life wire of the business as such should oversee the wellbeing snd welfare of the business to whoever is in charge of providing services like the employees. An employee will like to stay in a place for w long time witb a good employer
