How to apply conflict resolution in the workplace

Conflict resolution in the work place is finding a peaceful way of dealing with issues in the workplace. The truth is that wherever they are people there will certainly be a kind of conflict. This is because people have different thoughts, perspective and understanding about the same thing. So there way out is to adopt strategies that will help resolve the conflict amicably.

So what are the ways to apply conflict resolution

1. Compromise:This is one way things can be resolve. People would need to compromise by shifting grounds.

2. Avoid- ability : This is like the first thing to do. For less conflict some issues should be avoided.

3. Accomodations: Conflict will be easily resolved when people accommodate one another. People would always have their flaws, if not too bad it should be accepted.

4. collaboration: Conflict can be resolved at the workplace if there's teamwork. Things when jointly done will bring oneness and no conflict
