Company as we all known that is a place where raw material is been transform in to finishing goods and then transfer to those that will consume it or use it to produce other things.

Employee welfare is very important because without them the work can not be done. So therefore they need to be well taking good care of.

Employees welfare said to be a wide variety of services provided by organization for employees, and in some cases for member of employees, families etc.

Other people see employees' welfare as additional entitlements given to employees by management to supplement their wages.

In a company one of the benefit of taking good care of an employees is that; when they are happy they will surely be working toward the achievement of the company goals and objective.
And it may leads to an increment in production.

A company that doesnt consider the welfare of its workers will soon go downs in the rail. Workers are the fuel of a company and their input determines the output. This is the major reason why business owners and companies need to make sure that they welfarism, health and other incentives should be considered of its workers should be considered.

Our HR officer in the bank when I worked before said that the welfare of the employee is the welfare of the bank. Human assets is what they call employees so they have to take care of us with all the benefits that the bank can afford to to give us. When an employee gets sick the bank is affected in its small way.
