Career fair is of essence to job seekers or hunters. These are fairs that would help job seekers get to know more about the different companies they are trying to work with So it better they get to know whether it's worth proceeding or not.
These fairs are mostly organized by potential employers. So they get a big hall and have booths in it then invite members from their human resources dept coming together with new employees, to let them know their company, the application process that would be used and others
So basically the fair creates room for a company to meet and screen potential job applicants and at the same time the applicants will also meet and screen their would be employers too. So it create a balance.
