In as much as I am indifferent about whether a company chooses a dressing code for his staff or not, I dont really like compelling staff to dress in some attire. It may be as a way oof defending myself but to some much extent I don't believe in the maxim that we will be addressed the way we dress.

Personally, I don't like putting on shirt and trousers. I like it when I am free and look causal more than dressing corporately. I don't believe in dress but the input if there workers.

Workers should not be compelled to wear a particular dress code despite the fact that it makes a company unique.
