I had used CoinDCX BTC address for receiving crypto payment from a website for the work done. Blockchain explorer shows that the transaction was completed more than 8 hours ago, yet my account has not been credited yet. Has anyone else received payment at a CoinDCX BTC address earlier? What could be the reason for the delay in crediting the CoinDCX address? I was earlier using Binance for receiving payment from the same customer and the payment was credited almost immediately after the transaction was confirmed. How long should I wait before contacting customer support or taking other action to recover the money?
