There are more reasons why a manager needs to boost the morale of the workers by giving them some tips to motivate them. There are some time when workers only work at their maximal when a manager stimulats them with some incentives. For instance, there should be award giving day for some workers who have done extra ordinary beyond the organization goal. Aside this, there is need for monetary increment based on some years interval. Also, there is need to engage workers to air their opinions. It is not always good to be excluding workers when making some decisions that will concern them.

The most manager doesn't give interest in this point means even company is winning and there is extra income there is no extra reward for employees.

The best way to improve production in your business is to motivate your workers, when some business owners hear the word motivation, they assume it all has to do with money, sometimes you could reward your workers with cash they still might not be motivated, this is not to say cash is not important but there other things one can still do to motivate them. Like you said, show them you trust them by not just saying it but by your actions. Give them the opportunity to handle certain projects, this would make them want to put in their best cause they do not want to fail the trust you have placed in them.

How far ones organization can go or if an organization is meant to either succeed or fail is greatly dependent on how enthusiastic your workers are while carrying out their jobs and how motivated they are also while doing their job.
If your employees are not so enthusiastic about their work, they may even decide to be rude to customers and this will indirectly have a negative effect on your business. Hence the need to constantly motivate and reward your workers, showing them that their hard work is actually being recognized and appreciated.
If one's employees are happy with him or her being their boss and are comfortable with how they are being treated, then they will most certainly want to impress you in any possible way and that's by devoting their time and energy into ensuring that they won't let the trust you have on them go to waste or make you regret it. So their is always a need to keep your workers and employees motivated.

It is very good to be motivating employee to work by setting good examples by you. Some times most employer are not good at all talkless of motivating their followers.
One can create avenue for competition amount the different department in the company in ordered to increase the efficiency of the workers.
