If you're a day trader, it means you show up to your trading desk everyday barring weekends, what are some things you have in place to make sure you have a successful trading day, for me I think visualization is very important, you should set a side a 5 minutes where you just close your eyes and visualize having a successful trading day and also winning your trades, visualize yourself actually winning these trades.
It has given me results and most of the times the brain can't differentiate what's real and what's fake, if you can visualize it your brain will make it real and that winning feeling can influence your results and behaviors, I think it's an overall a win win situation.
