One of the ways that business managers and business owners ensure that the employees and workers in their business organization do not manipulate the power and duties given to them is by imposing penalties on any form of power or duty manipulation. Penalties could be in the form of salary deducting or suspension and expulsion from the business organization. Moreover business managers and business owners must ensure to always tender Justice with Mercy and that obviously involves them understanding why a particular worker or employee might compromise his or her duty. Most of the time such employee or worker might compromise his or her duties as a result of personal challenges or any family related situation. Penalties in a business organization is a good form of maintaining control among members making up the business organization but yet business managers and owners who impose this penalties must issue them amicably.

Every place that there are no rules backed up by penalties for breaking them won't see meaningful progress. In a business organization, it is important that fair penalties are implemented to put staff in check.

However, there is a difference between imposing penalties and being plain barbaric. Some business owners and leaders are so barbaric and would use these penalties to oppress other staff and make them their stay in that organization miserable.

For instance, some companies impose a surcharge for coming late to work but in a situation where someone is late for work just 5 times and the penalty has eaten into half of the person's salary is not encouraging.

This is the way to go though employee might compromise his or her duty. but it is good to sometimes educate them about it before giving any penalty Most of the time such employee or worker might compromise his or her duties as a result of personal challenges or any family related situation. So it is good to find out first what happened or why such offence was done Penalties in a business organization is a good form of maintaining control among members but it shouldn't be maliciously done.
