Low-carb diets have been controversial for decades. Some people assert that these diets raise cholesterol and cause heart disease due to their high fat content. However, in most scientific studies, low-carb diets prove their worth as healthy and beneficial.
Studies indicate that cutting carbs can automatically reduce your appetite and calorie intake.
Almost without exception, low-carb diets lead to more short-term weight loss than low-fat diets. However, low-carb diets seem to lose their advantage in the long term.

While you might have some point, excessive cut down of carbs in diet can also lead to serious health issues. As a matter of fact, it is harder to embark on a low fat diet than a low carb diet. And if you lower your carb intake, won't that automatically means a higher intake of fat?

Do you really think so ? fat is really dangerous to the human body but eating food that does not contains fat is not possible... Every food have smaller percentage of fat therein but there are some food that are 80% fat and in this case it is not advisable for you to take in such as it can increase weight gains,,, you cannot take it out entirely.
