Usually Chocolate is very yummy. People like it because of its sweetness. I also like chocolate very much. Usually child likes chocolate very much . In childhood I think every one likes chocolate. Dark chocolate is made of the seeds of cocoa tree. Dark chocolate is a great source of fiber, antioxidants and minerals. and it is fully filled with magnesium, copper, zinc, iron and many other minerals. Dark chocolate contains less sugar then milk chocolate. Scientists research shows that dark chocolate can help to reduce the risk of many diseases like insulin resistance, Lower the danger of heart diseases and many other diseases etc.

1. Dark chocolate have anti oxidants properties

These properties safe your body cells from cancer, heart diseases and many more diseases etc.

2. Dark chocolate safe you from sun burn

Hi everyone! Thank you very much for your informative thread. I fully agree with everything you mention in your post. It is true that almost everyone likes chocolate and especially children. However, although chocolate is so delicious, you mustn't consume it every day or eat a lot of it because it can be very harmful for your health. Eating too much chocolate can lead to weight gain, diabetes and heart disease. The good news is that you can consume dark chocolate instead ,which is very tasty, without any problem since it is very good for your health. Dark chocolate is very nutritious, it is a powerful source of antioxidants, it can reduce heart disease risk and it can improve brain function.
