Celery is low in calories. It is also a natural diuretic that has many nutritional qualities. It is rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 and B9, vitamin C, calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus and fiber. All these nutrients are essential for our daily vitality and strengthen our immune system.

The icing on the cake is a tasty food. It can be used in a lot of ways. It is also combined with other vegetables to delight our taste buds. Herbal medicine also talks about it. Celery, which contains polyacetylene, is a natural anti-inflammatory agent and works against chronic pain.

Its consumption is recommended in case of joint pain, asthma, bronchitis, arthritis or any other inflammatory disease. Celery aids digestion. It promotes the production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach which will allow better digestion of food and guarantees a non-acidic digestive system.
