In a business organisation the aspect of headship is carried out by the business owner or the business manager whose duty is to employ and recruit employees for the purpose of working in order to achieve expected business goals and objective . Even in a spiritual sense Jehovah who is the almighty God exercise headship to us individuals and mere humans living on the Earth . God as a result of his headship did not exalt it over himself as being the almighty . And even though he is the wisest person on Earth she still listens to the opinion of his servants in the past and although he is perfect he does not expect us to be perfect as he is , but instead he helps we imperfect humans to succeed in serving him .
A business owner too can imitate the way God exercise headship , he must not expect perfection from his employees rather he must tender all mistakes , error and pitfalls encountered by an employee in the course of carrying out the business objective and goal with mercy and humility . And no matter how an employer is educated he must exercise humility by listening to the opinion , questions and ideas of his employees .
