On 24th December I sent 100BUSD (Smartchain) from my trust wallet to Gate.io USDT BSC(BEP20). It has not arrived.
The BSCScan hash is 0x2cb29dfcd11867ceec9a9d5231e4c2c86f8e86225da95982ac294dd93cc504af
I have attached an image from the transaction history
The BSCScan says success but a zero BNB value. I don't understand what has happened.
Gate.io support is totally useless. Asked a couple of questions early on and that's it.
Any advice would be most appreciated.
