The policies of the government has really made alot of people very poor, jobless and a high insecured.


People are scared of traveling to the northern parts of Nigeria to buy goods and services or transact business for fear of been kidnapped and in some cases been killed. Again farmers can no longer farm in their farms because of the government insensitivity towards the killing of farmers by cattle herders. And this has made it difficult for raw materials from the extractive industry to get to the manufacturing industry hence leading to hyper inflation and the government is still insensitive. We also lost alot to the ban on Twitter as that was the only livelihood of some Nigerian's where they run their business. Let's pray for a better leader who will provide the basic amenities and enabling environment for business to thrive.

There are various reasons why we face a lot of challenge in business and some of these reasons are unique to some business persons, while some are more general in nature. Technically I will say one of the reasons I face challenge in my business is as a result of inadequate funding. There are so many ideas I have to expand my business scope and make more money. But most of these ideas are not been utilized because I am somewhat financially handicap. I have so many brilliant ideas but the capital to fund them is a major problem. And this is not unique to me alone as over 70%of business men and women are been faced with a similar problem. Worse of it all we are not been encouraged by the economy because life here is so harsh and people are really having a had time financially.

Then another challenge is the rate at which the price of goods and services are rising astronomically. It has become quiet difficulty to keep up.with the pace as we are left with no.choice then to live within the means of kir income from our trade, this has negatively impaired the growth rate of our businesses.
