For stiff shoulders, do a scapula stretch

Move the scapula with the image of peeling it from the ribs and loosen the muscles around the scapula. By consciously moving the levator scapula and rhomboid muscles, it becomes easier from the back to the shoulders. You can also expect effects such as improving the stoop and coldness.

1. 1. Bend both elbows and raise them above your shoulders (if you can't lift your arms, you can do as much as you can). Grip your hand lightly and place it around your collarbone.

2. Slowly pull your elbows back. Exhale for 5 seconds and try not to lower your elbows as much as possible. Pull the shoulder blades tightly and strongly with the consciousness of "peeling" from the ribs.

3. 3. Keep your shoulder blades close and lower your elbows to weaken. Repeat this 5 times.
