I have come across a family that has the opportunity of having knowledge about Iron bending and Stella rolling in State of Osun in my country Nigeria.
They are so gifted in the business to the extent that they are well known across the country.as a very efficient and effective Steel rolling and iron bending.
They are so powerful to the extent they they have the monopoly of the production. They are so versatile in the production and they have become wealthy.
One thing that is strange to they ensure thay the business ideas are remained with the family members only.
Any time anyone is working with them on the firm, they will make sure they keep the ideas that are core away from the person being an outsider.
They have been keeping the ideas to themselves for the past forty years up till today.
Basically what I think is making them to be keeping this ideas to them is for them to remain the monopoly of the knowledge of the business.
