* A clear vision and mission: Having a clear vision and mission for the business helps to focus the efforts of the team and guide decision-making. Failure to have a vision or mission in your business can totally make you to take wrong decisions and to achieve meaningless goals and objectives which may not impact the business in any way.

* A solid business plan: A well-thought-out business plan outlines the steps required to achieve the goals of the business and helps to ensure that all team members are working towards the same vision.

* Strong leadership: just as leadership is needed to fortify the existence of individuals in a particular society or country leadership is also very much important in a business organisation. Effective leadership is crucial for inspiring and guiding the team towards success. This includes setting a clear direction, communicating effectively, and inspiring and motivating the team.

* A skilled and motivated team: Assembling a team of skilled and motivated individuals is essential for the success of any business. This includes recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent, as well as fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.

A successful business operation in my own view and perspective can be achieved when the business owner of the business manager can adapt to the existing environment and that totally includes monetizing and taking advantage of the factors as well as the good incentives existing in such environment to boost his or her business growth as well as development. The business manager of the business owner must definitely be able, to win the interest as well as the loyalty of members of the public by making sure to sell and to render the right quality goods and services to meet the test and preference of customers and clients.

Another action that guarantees a successful business operation is the ability of the business owner or the business manager, to spell out the goals and objectives of the business to its employees as well as workers in order for all employees to work and to perform their roles with division of such goal and objective in their minds.
