When starting up a business there are somany factors to put into check, you can not just wake up one morning and start a business, if you do so chances are are the business may not do well because the planning stage is missing. The planning stage is where the entrepreneur sits down and do all the strategic plans and to ensure that the business has right among of capital to start of on the right note and to ensure that there are safety nets that are put in place to make sure that the business can withstand unforseen challenges.

When we look at starting a business having the capital may not be the only challenge there are other things we may not be looking at carefully before investing in a type of business which are equally important and can determine if the business will fail or succeed . Things like the location where the business will be sighted. Things like the proxy to the target audience. And we may also neglect plans on how we will make our customer relations. This is factors are very essential because the way we handle our customers will determine if they will come again.

Thanks for sharing, a strategy that someone is applying in his or her business really determines the rate of success that he or she will achieve in the business , if the strategy you are applying in your business is good obviously the possibility of a business success will be higher compared to when there is bad strategy , these strategy are always observe in terms of marketing and how you are dealing with customers.

Determination may also play an important factors in the success of a business but a situation in which a person is determined to succeed without understanding the required strategy and understanding of the business he or she is establishing i still believe the possibility of failing in a business will still be very high.

When establishing a business understanding of the business you are doing play a very important role in the success of that business because without the proper understanding you may not really understand the strategy that should be applied into the business to achieve the best success.

In whatever business I am doing I have to go into a deeper research to really understand with the business is all about first before I can even think of making a profit.

People always wonder why they keep on failing in business despite all their effect to succeed, they realise it still does not come out so well. The reasons are not far fetched, I will category it into two basic areas one is the problem with the economic system you find yourself, let's take for instance a country like my country where the economic situation is so terrible with a very terrible inflation it will be so hard to keep up a business in such a country. The prices of goods and services fluctuate in an unimaginable manner . the price at which you bought the goods are services you sold yesterday had increase before you get back to the market to restock the next time. So how can one ever balance such a situation.


Again business people in my country do a lot to keep their business up.and running like accessing loans which becomes very difficult to pay back due to the hardship in the course of running the business like transportation cost, cost of powering a generating set due to lack of power supply and a host of other avoidable expenses. Then lastly lack of insight in the business area.

A business that is planned well is able to prosper more than a business that was not planned from the first place. Planning entails so many things like planning the amount of capital needed, the location, resources and even determining risks and their response plans.

Another important factor when a business is already started and running is determination. A determined business person is one who ensure that they have business goals and targets and a plan on how and what time to achieve them.

Patience is also a very important quality when running a business. You won't expect to start earning good profits just the first time you get into business.
