In most of my thread posted earlier in the area of job and career and possibly in area of business I have always clearly emphasized how important motivation should be in the existence of a business organisation that possibly include the activity of an employer and also an employee . Motivation play a very important role in determining the success and the ability for a business organisation to inspire and to reach greater heights in the sense that if your employees and workers are not motivated there is every possibility that business activities and objectives would not be reached in the best possible ways . As the employer or the business owner it is absolutely you sole duty to make sure that your employees and workers stay motivated and one of the ways to do so is by not treating them as slaves but while they're making sure that their opinions and options including their decisions absolutely matter in as much as their creativity and services matters to your business as well .

A business owner or a business employer may readily say that he or she make sure that is business employees stay motivated , but sometimes it is not all about giving motivation but it is all about giving the motivation in the right way . Some business owners and business employer are so fond of scolding and embarrassing their employees before giving them advice or motivating them but that is not the best way to do it . As the business owner you must understand that your employees are not perfect just like you yourself is not perfect as well and so you must not expect perfection from them because from time to time they may make slight mistake that will probably need correction , understanding this will help you as the business owner to pass motivation and encouragement to your employees the right way .

It's important that you take steps to ensure your employees are motivated in their roles and feel inspired. Here are some tactics you can use to keep your team motivated:

• Believe in yourself and your abilities. Do not let others doubt you or your capabilities.

• Have fun while working! It's important to have a balance between work and play when it comes to being creative and productive.

• Make sure your employees feel appreciated for their work! This goes hand-in-hand with believing in yourself and having fun at work. If an employee feels like they aren't being valued, then they won't be motivated to do great work for you either.

No matter how far we feel so perfect in everything that we do to some extent we will always need the motivation and encouragement of others to stay on track that is why in a business organisation it is absolutely the duty of a business employer or the business manager to make sure that his employees have the right motivation and the right encouragement when it comes to the accomplishment of business goals and objectives this is possibly due to the fact that accomplishing business goals and objective sometimes could be very tiring and in order for business employed to succeed them in the right mindset and the right motivation to do so .

Ensuring to commend your employees when they absolutely do what is right in accomplishing business goals and objective will absolutely go a long way to tell your employees that you value their actions you can also go ahead to promote to them in some areas as a result of commending them a good job being carried out in the competition of business goals and objective in the business organisation , the increasing of employee salaries could also be a good way to show your commendation to them as well .

When it comes to anything that involves employee and employers I believe it boils down to living or showing examples. it just lie little children copying their parents. Employees love to copy their bosses it could be directly or indirectly and it can also be in a subtle way but the bottom line is that it is what it is, you would be copied or emulated by your employees as an employer so you should show working by living by example.

To get your employees motivated then you should also stay motivated there's no msgic about this. When you stsy motivated you wouldn be able to motivate others. You can take it upon yourself to teach the employee how to stay motivated. if you can send them through an email that can help them read or inform of a book it will also help them.

You can speak to them on the need to remain motivated.

Looking forward to have your employees stay motivated depend on the type of business you are operating . There are some certain business that requires that your employees have to go out for marketing or some sort of assignments that the company has to do and as such it is always necessary for you to encourage your employees to have them motivated.

But in some cases in which the employees in your organisation are not expected to work that way then there may be no need for motivation most especially if they have a set of jobs and responsibilities they have to Do. A cleaner in an organisation knows his or her responsibilities, in cashier and accountants understand their responsibilities and it is expected them to do even without motivation.

Motivation should not only be the reason why people should be performing their activities with high degree of accuracy but sometimes it is always good appreciate , just to make them feel appreciated

As a business manager or the business operator you play a very important role in the motivation of your business organisational employees and what we have seen today is that majority of business managers and business employers do not care about their employees but rather they force them to work and use the increment of their salary as a form of threatening them if they refuse to do their best. It is very important that we understand that organisational employees and workers are not slaves and in as much as we have feelings they also have feelings but to be able to understand their sluggish and reluctant attitude to perform daily responsibilities, it will be best for us to hear their own side of the story.

Many employees are family members some are housewives and many are husbands which possibly maybe facing various family problems and challenges, being a helping hand by understanding their problems can totally go a long way to help their ability to be responsible when performing their business duties. Giving them a day off may totally help as well.
