Elevating or promoting an employee not as a result of friendship but as a result of industriousness.

And employee's promotion or elevation , is actually one of the ways to show that an employee has deeply tried and has deeply shown and given his best to make sure that he or she sees to it that his or her employers assigned duties and tasks was sure to be achieved and accomplish so as to reach expected business goals and objectives . The aspect of promotion and elevation is also a way to show gratitude to an employee for his sacrifices that he or she have been sacrificing for the company in order to reach higher heights . Majority of employers or business owner and managers today , have taken the aspects of an employees promotion or elevation to a whole new negative level , in the sense that promotion and elevation of employees are only given to employees , workers and staffs that are related or possibly a colleague or a close friend to the employer .

This is absolutely bad , because the aspects of an employee's promotion or elevation should be done as a result of the employees hard work and industrious attitude and behaviours and not with any other reason . Majority of Employees do their best , and they should be commended so as a business owner be wise to always commend your employees as a result of their hard work and industrial sales and not because they are close or related to you .
 
One of the worse things you can ever do to your company is actually giving out promotions and rewards, not based on hard work but simply cause they have a personal relationship with you. This is just totally wrong and can also be seen as abuse of power, this is also injustice to does who are actually working hard in the company.
