Favoritism is one negative attitude and quality every business personnel whether a manager or an employee should never show. According to research and studies where there is favoritism there is discrimination and partiality and sometimes favoritism is always substituted for discrimination and partially. By definition and description favoritism simply refers to a situation where a particular individual shows an attitude of favour and remarkable goodness to only one individual or a group of individuals over the expense of other groups or individuals. In a business organisation favoritism and discrimination can totally exist between employers and employees or from employers to employees. Whatever category discrimination and favouritism exist in a business organisation it is absolutely advice to exempt and remove it.
