Effects of favoritism and partiality towards business success.

Favoritism is one negative attitude and quality every business personnel whether a manager or an employee should never show. According to research and studies where there is favoritism there is discrimination and partiality and sometimes favoritism is always substituted for discrimination and partially. By definition and description favoritism simply refers to a situation where a particular individual shows an attitude of favour and remarkable goodness to only one individual or a group of individuals over the expense of other groups or individuals. In a business organisation favoritism and discrimination can totally exist between employers and employees or from employers to employees. Whatever category discrimination and favouritism exist in a business organisation it is absolutely advice to exempt and remove it.

When favoritism exist between employers and employees there is absolutely no free flow of carrying out business responsibilities and duties pertaining to the achievement of goals and objectives. In other words, joint participation and joint collaboration of employees in handling and resolving business issues and goals will no longer exist in the business organisation due to favoritism and partiality in the minds of most employees. If favoritism exist between employers to employees. The employers would absolutely not view some of his or her employees as important as expected. Others may be underpaid while those whom he or she shows favor to will be well paid and compensated even if they do not deserve it.

Many business owner use the act of favoritism and partiality in their method of selling and this have place them in a critical condition one that they have regretted. Most times they select their client and treat some of them kindly because they by much product from him . this could not be term as being social and impartial.

A seller need to interact with all his client treating them as equal and not treating those that bought good from him in high quantity nicely and others, harshly because they buy his products in low quantity.

Sometimes some sellers may overreact base on the price that they buyer gives to them and this could be shown through words and action most times if the buyer notice this he could stop patronizing.
