As a normal person one has to sleep well for the brain to rest and so that the person Will be healthy.one has to sleep at least 10pm in the night.for children going to school when they sleep late it can affect their school performance whereby the students won't be able to concentrate in class due to not sleeping early.so make sure your kids sleep at least by 9:00 pm in the night so that it won't affect them in school.sleeping late can also cause high blood pressure which is dangerous for the health.it can also cause what they call stroke in adults.so always sleep early for a better and healthy life and also check the body condition in the hospital.
