Cholesterol is also found in foods like eggs, fish, shellfish, and dairy products.

High cholesterol has been linked to heart disease and stroke. In fact, studies have shown that people with high cholesterol are more likely than others to die from heart attacks or strokes.

These are the things we need to try as much as possible to avoid because it is not going to be the best for our health..

Cholesterol has a lot of dangerous side effects in the body and can have a very serious side effects on people most especially the elderly as it is related to obesity, stroke and heart attack.

It might even have a link between type 2 diabetes that is why it is very important for people to limit the amount of fat they take especially when they are over the age of 40 as this fat may not agree to their body system anymore.

What I have come to understand is that fat plays a very major role in stroke and heart attack. When fat is being deposited in the arteries that carries blood to the heart and other vitals organs of the body and when these arteries get block it leads to stroke and possibly heart attack.
