When business expand they usually look or possibly have the foresight for the business to make more performance such as being able to make more profit and being able to achieve organisational goals and objectives. Business expansion may also involve expanding in the sale of stock and in ventures and also expanding in the employing of workers and employees, business expansion may also constitute renting a bigger space more than the previous one to carry out business activities. Talking about whether business expansion leads to greater business performance, well in my own perspective and view it does and does not, but that totally depends on the determination and persistence of those making up with the expanded business organisation. When a business expands it looks forward to make more business profit and the only way in which it is able to make profit is by continuing to work harder and continue to make sure that it wins the interest and loyalty of customers and clients.
On the other hand not us expanded and large-scale businesses are considered to be successful as a result of majority of their managers and operators not being creative and not being adequately trained and experienced in all business managerial matters. If a large business lacks a creative business manager, it is more or less likely to fail. On the other hand is small-scale business may originally want to remain a small-scale business, and yet it has creative and effective management.
