Music keeps me awake till Dawn if I want to stay awake till the following day working online. It doesn't mean I don't sleep, I can decide to use day time to cover up my sleeping time and work at night if I am on holiday.

If you have more than 300 musical compositions that means you enjoy composing music? You're a music writer which writes music to artist to perform at the centre stage and gain the spot light. That's tremendous, some music writers don't like noisy background, they prefer staying cool and writing solo songs.

My own problem is that I can never be listening to music and attending to other activities correctly because the music will be as a source of distraction to me that is why only focus on one thing at a time especially if it needs so much attention, music for me is only for relaxation
