I don't really know what is a smoothie diet , that is what you should have explained for everyone and also its nutritional value because this will help us to understand how it really worked. this one you are giving us an incomplete information. Most people who are really interested of losing weight should go for food that does not contain fat.
 
I think the best way to lose weight is by engaging in exercise Regularly at least for like 30 minutes everyday as it is the most effective natural method to lose weight without any side effects because the exercise helps to burn fat in the body and also makes us fit
