Smoking is viewed as one of the worst kind of habits that can destroy your health. It has been estimated that there are thousands of people who die due to this habit. The reasons are quite obvious. Smoking cause heart-diseases, diabetes, lung destruction because cigarettes are filled with harmful chemicals like tar and tobacco that is quite damaging. However, there are many things that might be more harmful than smoking alone. According to a study that has been shown in the journal JAMA Network Open, it has been proved that if you do not exercise enough in a day, then you would be causing damage to your body even more than smoking cigarettes. The study points out the fact that a lack of exercise leads to health conditions like diabetes, cardiovascular problems, etc faster than smoking.
