When we exercise it makes us to feel happier because it will help to improve our mood and decrease feelings of anxiety stress and depression it produces some changes in the part of our brain which helps to regulate as in tea and stress it also helps to increase the breast sensitivity which relieve feelings of depression exercise helps to increase the production of endorphins which is good to produce positive feelings.

It is also a good strategy to exercise if you want to lose weight as it helps us in weight reduction because our body spends energy when we exercise and this aerobics exercise can help us to maximize fat loss and also maintain the muscle mass which is very essential for keeping the weight off and maintaining a lean muscle mass.

It is very good for muscles and bones it's plays a vital role in helping us to build a strong muscle and bones by helping us to remain some of that promote the muscles ability to absorb and manual see which helps to grow and reduce their break down. Exercise can also help to increase our energy level because they serve as a real energy booster for many people.
