Do you have any misconception about Caffeine?

Caffeine is a natural substance found in the leaves, seeds and fruits of more than sixty three plant species worldwide. Caffeine products such as tea, coffee and some soft drinks are consumed by a large number of people around the world in their daily lives.

Drinks with high levels of caffeine are labelled as energy drinks. Caffeine acts as a stimulant to temporarily delay fatigue. Caffeine acts as a mild diuretic, meaning it reduces the weight of water. There have been many extensive studies on caffeine.

Even though, there have been a lot of extensive studies carried out on caffeine, still, there are many misconceptions about it. Do you also have any misconception about caffeine? Or, do you believe in any of those misconceptions?

Many people avoid coffee and tea because it is main source of stress because add to addiction so for example drink juices may have to reduce stress not like coffee or tea. Stress is damagable to the health as personal point of view. Additionnally, coffee can cause that smoker after quit smoking to be back to smoking. Some affirm that they cause hand shaking.
