Working from home has its own disadvantages because you would be distracted by family members except you created an office in a separate place for yourself .

There are so many challenges that are attached to working from home because your concentration is at stake. Hi you may not be able to concentrate fully on the work that you're doing because you have your kids who will be disturbing you and this will not allow you to concentrate fully to work. I have always wanted to work full time from home but my kids will always disturb me and that is a big distraction for me but whenever they are in school, I will have enough time to work and the pace at which I will work will be very fast compared to when they are at home. I can definitely relate to your sentiments about the challenges of working from home, as someone who has been working from home for quite some time now, not a job per say but working on a business, I can say that it's not always easy to stay focused and productive. you are right when you say that having family members around can be a big distraction because it happened to me, I had to go get a rent

I have also found out that with the right mindset and less disturbance, it is possible to make working from home work . one of the most important things is to create a dedicated workspace that is separate from the rest of your house if you can. this help you establish a boundary between your work and your house, you can also get a workspace because I have been thinking about doing that lately
