One of the ways you can have repeated customers which can help groom your business is through customer retention. But you might be hindering this from happening in your business if you are not adopting some factors. Some of the things you are doing to hinder customer retention are:

Lack of customer support:
Without Improving your customer support system you are driving away customers that would have been loyal to your business.

No customer loyalty program.
How do you intend to have loyal customers here. it will be almost impossible.

Lack of engaging emails.
No sending out of engaging emails to alert the customers of your new arrivals.

No sending of discount after the first purchase.
This is what your competitors might be doing but you are not paying attention to.

No customer feedback or Starting of referral program.
You are hindering having loyal or retained customers with this act.

No provision of personalized shopping
You would be driving your customers away with no provision of personalised shopping experience.

Yes, it is one thing to own or a business and it is another thing to manage and maintain the customers we have and this could come about due to the way we render our services to them. And without them a business future would seems impossible to reach and cause the down fall of such business eventually so no one is expected to take the presence of his client for granted.

So it would be nice to value our customers by the way we run our business and they are some certain the I ng that can help us in maintaining our client or customers they include the following:


Quality of product we want to sell:
Our quality of product would show our client that we value their interest not only the income we receive from them. Our client want to be satisfy, when we refuse to give them that satisfaction the may redraw from patronizing us.

Location of business:
Another thing that can determine this is our location of our business to our client when we set up our business in a good location or in a location that is close to I our client we have not doubt that the would come and buy from us.

Price rate:
Most business men and women like to increase their prices of their product just for selfish reasons they don't care about the interest if their client and customer but one their income this act might cause others to stop patronizing us when they found out that our product are costlier than others.
