Dealing with a sack at work

This is one of the dreaded word employees hate to hear. Nobody wants to be fired or sacked from work but it does happen. It can be disastrous for those that didn't see it coming. But the truth is that one should always expect this when once it isn't your business. Because it might happen. So how do you tackle this to avoid breaking down

1. Always believe it can happen, so it wouldn't be surprising to you whenever it happens

2. Ask for a second chance if it is possible but if not ask for your benefits from the company

3. Start job hunting again, avoid any self pity or wallowing in your joblessness. It doesn't make sense.

4. Prepare yourself for the next job and do your best to clinch it

What's your thoughts?

The most unexpected and sad moment at work is the sack moment. No one prays to be sacked because it does come unexpectedly. But this doesn't mean end of the life. We need to gear up and learn from whatever case may be the reason for the sack and go back to the drawing board to start again but this time, better.

People just have to that point in their lives that they realize that nothing in life is certain even life itself isn't guarantee so you live with whatever happens. Yeah it can be painful to lose your job but it has happened so it just have to dust yourself up and look for a new job
