Right now, the market conditions are not favorable, and the business sector is losing money. As a result, many businesses have frozen all new resentments, reduced employee facilities, and laid off a large number of workers. Startups have a chance to turn this time of job shortages, as an opportunity for their companies.
There are many industries that have markets and resources, but there is a shortage of skilled workers to fill the jobs. Those industries can take advantage of this opportunity, and hire experienced workers as required by industry.
Right now, we know Twitter laid off half its employees, Meta laid off 11,000, and Microsoft started with 20% layoffs. Snapchat, Robinhood, Opendeal, Lyft, etc. are all doing massive layoffs. The fired workers are also looking for other means to earn their income. That is, at present, many talents are available for hiring. New companies shouldn't be late to the job market.
