Some persons do create a dropshipping website using blog features like WordPress and later upgrading it to woo-commerce preference, using plugins to add their product description, and adding quality product images to make it look catchy for potential customers. I've seen such happen, but I understand it isn't a blog site anymore when it is upgraded.
