Business owners are most associated with the attitude and behaviour of considering their customers , client , and Consumers not part of their business and so they do not have any privilege in any way to advise the business owner in one way or the other . Such mindset and thinking is not good at all , this is because everyone of us need encouragement and correction whether in business or in our personal activities or dealings with others . business owners must always listen to the advice of their consumer , customers , and clients . Although one consumer , client or customer cannot speak for all consumers and clients , but when couple of consumers and client have made complaints about a particular issue the business owner must understand that the issue is serious and must try his best to rectify the issue quickly .
For example a particular customer on a particular day may not be satisfied with the business organisation customer service , or maybe the workers in a business organisation are very harsh and not considerate towards their customers and so that particular customer have to make complaints or report to the business manager owner . Possibly a second day or more , another customer also make the same complain about the business organisations customer service not being good . At this point the business owner must understand that the situation is critical , and must immediately rectified the issue either by cautioning his workers and staffs .
