Unpunctuality and lateness exhibit or reflect the act of unseriousness and frivolousness when it comes to business . A lot of individuals who own and control private or sole proprietorship businesses today are not time conscious when it comes to buying and selling . It must be understood that for a business to reach higher heights its availability to the members of the public when and where ever the members of the public are in need of the business services really counts . As often spoken " time is money " this saying is only true when time is effectively monetized .

For example , a company that runs a delivery service must be timely conscious , a delivery service company has the duty to deliver customers ordered goods to the various customer and Consumers . And most of these consumers and customers might need the goods urgently . And so it is on the path of the delivery service company To be Hasty in the course of delivering these ordered goods and services to their respective clients and customers . Not only companies expected to be timely cautious , self-employed businesses I also expected to be timely cautious . For example : a woman who sells beans cake (akara) must understand that the demand for beans cakes are more likely to increase in the early mornings , so she must be available to make sales to the various customers .

Business is the major activity going on in the world today.
Or, business started from Adam.

Any activity you do that earns you money is considered as business.

There are various classes of business.

Wether in the political settings, the health departments, construction companies, even in the teaching institutes, or in our day to day buying and selling of goods and services.

Those who have the knowledge of what business is all about, should know that they should be civil and composed when it comes to their day to day business.

Not taking your business seriously, by putting up the attitude of coming late to your business place: is what brings about the down fall of what you struggled to raise.
Most especially in urban areas where children goes to school as early as seven.
Their parents might want to get them beverages and snacks for their breakfast from a grocery store, on getting there comes to notice that the shop owner is still on bed, this alone will bring disappointment and will scare away customers patronage to such a one's business in that environment.

Due to the late turning up of most business owners, customers scaring away from them will bring about no sales of goods in the stall. As a result of that, those goods will get to spoil or expire.

Late work is a problem plaguing many businesses. It can damage a company's reputation, lead to unmet goals, and cause stress and anxiety for workers. To reduce the likelihood of this occurring in your business, it is important to identify causes of lateness and implement preventative measures or consequences.

We'll start with a brief overview of some common causes of lateness. These range from simple factors such as poor time management or procrastination to more complex issues like a dysfunctional team environment or insufficient training.

If you have identified that lateness is an issue within your business, you will need to decide which cause(s) is the most significant and create a plan for how you will address it. This could include addressing the issue directly with your employees or working with them to improve their time management skills through training or other methods. You may also find that certain policies within your business are causing lateness and that you need to revise these policies in order to solve the problem.

You should then implement policies in order to discourage lateness, such as docking pay from employees who arrive late to work too many times without providing a valid reason for this tardiness, or allowing them one "grace period" but no more than that before any additional tardiness

The importance of timings is important in business.
One has to plan according to his bsusiness needs.
If one is doing right efforts in wrong direction then it is not going to help him/her.
Working 24/7 is not an option. But one has to understand their leads and the needs and priorities of their leads.
If one is not focusing on the demands and ease of their leads. He/She will definitely fail.

Example there is a freelancer, he wants to target the people of UK, US, Australia. There is a time difference of 10 to 12 hours between the countries. So if there is a day in his country there will be night in these countries, so he/she shoulf target products at night time when there will be aday in these countries and projects will be posted on their working hours.

Similarly if one is doing a business of food items that are eaten in the lunch time so he/she should be active at that time when there will be lunch break in offices, schools, colleges, universities, businesses, shops, etc.

These sort of things are vital in business strategic planning otherwise it can be a huge loss for business in their niche.
One can also keep an eye of their competitor's strategy for success in order to learn from them and implement their startegies.

Unpunctuality is one habit that should not be tolerated in business. It has a way of making you lose value before prospective clients especially as a sole proprietor.
In a competitive setting, I have seen a competitor take advantage of another's unpunctuality. The man has a provision store just as the other, but he opens his shop at 6am while the other opens his at 9am, these two live on the same street. The former is obviously going to make more sales than the latter because he embraced punctuality.
In an organization, an unpunctual staff should be disciplined. Different disciplinary measures like query, reduction in salary can be enforced in an organization to address the problem of lateness among staff.
Many have lost their jobs to the habit of lateness and many have lost business opportunities to the habit of lateness.
It is one problem that needs to be addressed.
I can remember losing a supply contract to another because I was five minutes late to my business space. It was a painful experience but I did learn from it.
I think when prospective clients see your enthusiasm and punctuality, it moves them to patronize. No one would like to do business with one who is not serious minded.

I believe that in every and in any business at all ,punctuality is very important and can determine success in a business.Take for instance, in a competitive environment, they aremany people that are into the same line of business as others and if a particular business owner is more punctual than the other, he will surely gain more customers because he will be seen as being more serious with his business than the other. Therefore, punctuality is a tool that is being used to gain more customers in a competitive environment.
For business setups with employees, the employees should make an effort to be punctual always and if they come late , especially if this takes place frequently, it shows unseriousness and unreadiness to work which demands that they should be disciplined accordingly.
The business owner should also show seriousness concerning his business by being punctual at every point in time in order not to lose customers ,as the writer rightly said that time is money.Every business-oriented person should not joke with time. A typical business man is always very serious and does not joke with his time and he is always seen running around trying to meet up with time in order not to lose customers so that he can make his profit.

Punctuality is key to success in business, it is always best to catch them early. Those that goes to the stream early enough will get the freshest of water this has been a rule that has been guiding the business world and many has applied this rule to their everyday life. For anyone to be successful in business that person must be all means take away laziness from their routine. Those that always procrastinate in life do not always get their desired goals and objectives. Time they say wait for no one. I have seen situations where people act sluggishly in their businesses and within a short space of time the business is no more and i have seen other cases where people tends to act more intelligently smart in their business and today they are the talk of the town. The richest men and women of the world today do not spend their time sleeping rather they stay even awake at night to make plans and carry out experiments. Been punctual is the key to successin business as there is a particular man that sells down the stress and he started small but he has 3 more shops because of his ability to be serious.

Being late and non punctual to your business or usual and regular job totally means that you are not serious or probably do not take your means of income serious . It is often said that the early bird catches the worm and that simply means that being early to your business simply means that in you could be the first individual that your customers and clients could patronize even before other business around you get patronized by members of the public . Being early and punctual to your business is absolutely one way to outsmart your business competitors and rivals , even if it is considered as one of the oldest way to boost business profit yet it is still advisable and way more effective today .

Your business reputation has the potential to skyrocket when you are punctual and early to your business environment or place of work , you have the potential to be noticed by your business manager or employer and as time goes on you could earn yourself promotions and other business in kinds because of your good and commendable qualities which possibly include punctuality . in conclusion being punctual and early to your business or place of work is very important and it is very advisable and commendable if you do so .

Lateness is lateness in any time increment, any how you want to put, if you go to work beyond the time you ought to go it might mean two minutes or 20 minutes, you are late. Going to work after the time scheduled is lateness.

Punctuality is important to any organization, and especially to employers. When you are punctual, it signals that you care for your team members, you take your job seriously, and you care about meeting deadlines. In almost every workplace, punctuality shows professionalism. It shows you are a person of your words and you have a good trait.

Lateness can cost you as much as your business or the productivity of the company you work for. You can lose money and customers when you are late.

Late workers can be a source of frustration for employees who regularly show up to your small business on time and ready for the day ahead. It can adversely affect your small-business employees when it comes time for performance evaluations and considerations for promotions within the company.

When workers are late, it can affect the business schedules, cause delays in deliveries and allow important phone calls to go unanswered. Which can make customers go look for better companies that can answer their calls.

Lateness in a business setup is a big turn off to customers, and it's a sign that you are not serious with the business.where I currently work, the person holding the key is always late, there are times customers would even be there before them. Anyone that wants to succeed in a business setup, has to cultivate the habit of waking early and setting up early as well.
