This will help you to understand their problems and challenges that they are facing in their work. You can also discuss about the new ideas that they want to implement in their work. This will help them to grow as an individual, in terms of professional skills as well as personal growth. The more time you spend with your employees, the better they will feel about themselves and their work environment.

You should Build a sense of trust among your employees. You can encourage your employees to share their views with each other by holding meetings regularly on various topics related to projects or business goals. You should also encourage them to get involved in discussions so that they can develop a sense of trust among each other.

As a business leader or as an employee who have opportunity to employ more than one person into your business this is absolutely necessary , so as to be able to manage your business perfectly.

Your employees are the one that are directly dealing with your client and sometimes they might be in a position to suggest the best ways or to voice out their challenge they are having and if this challenge could properly be handled it could also increase your chance of having a greater business success.

As a business owner it is not always nice for you to neglect your employees when you should always create time to spend with them.
