If you can compare between the salary that you get from the Job that you were employed on to the earnings that you can get when you start your own business which one could be more preferably?

Looking around our environment we see that most people are either employee or managing their own business each of them have this many difference, and also some benefit both enjoy. But many people prefer owning this own business so as to have freedom to do what ever they want to do in their own business, when working under someone we must do things that would suit our boss it masters and if they are not satisfy one may goes fired from work.

It not easy to get employed in a job of our choice at this particular period of time and most people that are even employed are afraid that their services which they rendered in a business might go wasted if their boss decides to fire them, it occur in my area when money was found missing every one including the business manager were fired, but such act might have being cause by one person or two but every one suffered the lost, so that is another disadvantages that this might cause.

Apart from freedom many business owner own and run the business and it does not live his family he own such business till his death or decided to change such business but the case is different for an employee he never own the business and is services is temporary because they are not always aware of the next step of there employer.

If you compare your salary as an employee of a bona fide company, with the income from your startup business, of course, your salary as an employee will be much higher. Unless you compare it to your old, well-known business. Business startups need a product introduction or promotion, so you don't have loyal customers yet, and it will take you at least 3 months. In the internet sector, people who are young are usually making more money. 10-15 years ago, working online was very lucrative in some countries. However, in the last decade, the online income for some online publishers has greatly reduced, I would have been making far more if I had a job working far less . Additionally in some countries, small online business owners are victims of banking, financial, online fraud, with relatives and friends of top government officials, falsely claiming to own their business, bank account and get monthly government salaries at the expense of the real online business owner, who is slandered in the worst manner to cover up the banking fraud. So starting an online business is not recommended since experience is wasted in the internet sector, while experienced doctors, lawyers and other professionals are making more money as they get more experience.
